Biography

Fabiola loves movement and has been a wellness enthusiast since her childhood. Moving her body and eating healthy is what keeps her in a happy state. Now in her 30s she is totally dedicated in sharing what she has learnt over her lifetime with others.

In addition to a 200 hr yoga teacher training, she has also trained in Kundalini, Ariel yoga, Yoga anatomy, Pilates and other courses. She is also trained as a dancer with ballet, tango contemporary and belly dance.

Fabiola believes in a holistic approach to wellness. To her everything we go through is triggered by our emotions followed by our minds and then it manifests in the physical body. To become the best version of ourselves, we must heal the emotions and practice the power of our minds as well as training our bodies.

Yoga and wellness is Fabiola’s passion and she loves sharing it with as many people as she can.

Nerissa Webster

Biography

Nerissa was born and raised in Roatan, an island off the coast of Honduras. She is a beautiful Caribbean mix of Garifuna and English descent. Nerissa grew up in love with her culture. She participated in the Culture Festival Pageants and became Miss Culture. This led her to the modeling world, where she explored and experienced different cultures through her travels.

During her travels, Nerissa became in love with massage, natural medicine, spirituality, and holistic healing in general. She studied massage and became the assistant of a chiropractor. This experience inspired her to open her own massage center.

Nerissa’s massage center is a place where people can come to relax, rejuvenate, and heal. She offers a variety of massage services, as well as natural remedies and holistic healing therapies. Nerissa is passionate about helping people to improve their overall health and well-being. She believes that everyone has the power to heal themselves, and she is committed to providing her clients with the tools and support they need to do so.

Nerissa is a true inspiration. She is a strong, independent woman who has overcome many challenges in her life. She is a role model for women everywhere, and she is proof that anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

We recommend packing comfortable, breathable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation, along with personal toiletries, sunscreen, insect repellent, a reusable water bottle, a yoga mat (if you prefer using your own), a journal, and any necessary medications. The easiest way to reach our retreat center is by flying into the Juan Manuel Gálvez International Airport (RTB) on Roatan. From there, you can arrange for a taxi or shuttle service to transport you to the retreat center. We can also help coordinate transportation upon request.
